Section 60 of Companies Act in Hindi
[ Companies Act Sec. 60 in Hindi ] –
प्राधिकृत अभिदत्त तथा समादत्त पूंजी का प्रकाशन-
(1) जहां किसी कंपनी की किसी सूचना, विज्ञापन या अन्य शासकीय प्रकाशन या किसी कारबार पत्र, बिल शीर्ष या कागजपत्र में कंपनी की प्राधिकृत पूंजी की रकम का कथन अन्तर्विष्ट है, वहां ऐसी सूचना, विज्ञापन या अन्य शासकीय प्रकाशन या ऐसे पत्र, बिल शीर्ष या कागजपत्र में उस पूंजी की रकम का, जो अभिदत्त की गई है और समादत्त रकम का समान रूप से प्रमुख स्थिति और समान रूप से सहजदृश्य रूप में एक कथन भी अंतर्विष्ट होगा ।
(2) यदि उपधारा (1) की अपेक्षाओं का अनुपालन करने में कोई व्यतिक्रम किया जाता है, तो कंपनी दस हजार रुपए की शास्ति के लिए दायी होगी और कंपनी का ऐसा प्रत्येक अधिकारी, जो व्यतिक्रमी है, प्रत्येक व्यतिक्रम के लिए, पांच हजार रुपए की शास्ति के लिए दायी होगा ।

[ Companies Act Section 60 in English ] –
“Publication of authorised, subscribed and paid-up capital”–
(1) Where any notice, advertisement or other official publication, or any business letter, billhead or letter paper of a company contains a statement of the amount of the authorised capital of the company, such notice, advertisement or other official publication, or such letter, billhead or letter paper shall also contain a statement, in an equally prominent position and in equally conspicuous characters, of the amount of the capital which has been subscribed and the amount paid-up.
(2) If any default is made in complying with the requirements of sub-section (1), the company shall be liable to pay a penalty of ten thousand rupees and every officer of the company who is in default shall be liable to pay a penalty of five thousand rupees, for each default.
