[ Companies Act Sec. 37 in Hindi ] –
प्रभावित व्यक्तियों द्वारा कार्रवाई-
प्रास्पेक्टस में किसी भ्रामक कथन या किसी विषय को सम्मिलित करने या लोप करने के कारण प्रभावित किसी व्यक्ति, व्यक्तियों के समूह या व्यक्तियों के किसी संगम द्वारा, धारा 34 या धारा 35 या धारा 36 के अधीन कोई वाद फाइल किया जा सकेगा या कोई अन्य कार्रवाई की जा सकेगी ।

[ Companies Act Section 37 in English ] –
“Action by affected persons”–
A suit may be filed or any other action may be taken under section 34 or section 35 or section 36 by any person, group of persons or any association of persons affected by any misleading statement or the inclusion or omission of any matter in the prospectus.
