The health benefits and uses of papaya seeds, also known as paw paw seeds.

1. Papayas are delicious fruits which are native to America. The seeds are often thrown away but have some fantastic health benefits.

2. Papaya seeds have been used since ancient times in China and Japan as natural medicine, and to strengthen the liver.

3. Oleic and politic acids are contained within the papaya seeds, which can help protect the body from cancer.

4. Papaya seeds also contain healthy doses of vitamins C and A, which are excellent for the body overall, enhancing liver and kidney function.

5. These paw paw seeds are commonly used to treat intestinal worms and other parasites which may have infected the digestive system.

6. Healthy flavonoids can protect the body from other infections by boosting the immune system.

7. To use these papaya seeds, simply scoop them out of the papaya and give them a wash in cold water. Allow these to dry out in the sun on a cloth and then store.
