- HVAC technician: HVAC technicians install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in homes and buildings. They typically complete a vocational program and receive on-the-job training.
- Real estate agent : Many states require agents to complete a certain number of hours of prelicensing education and pass a licensure exam. It is not necessary a degree but real estate salesperson or broker coursework.
