Wheat Halwa made from Aashirvaad Atta
Ingredients
Aashirvaad Atta — 2 Cups
Sugar — 1 1/4 Cups
Cashew Nuts — 2 tbsp
Raisins — 1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder — 1/2 tsp
Ghee — 1 1/2 Cups
Directions
In a heated saucepan add one cup of ghee.
To this add Aashirvaad Superior MP Atta.
Stir with a spoon till the atta and ghee mix well
Add the remaining half a cup of ghee to this mixture
Roast on low heat and keep mixing till the texture is smooth and not crumbly
Now add the sugar along with the water
Continue to stir the mixture on low heat till the colour of the mixture turns from light to a darker shade of brown
Add the cardamom powder followed by cashew nuts and raisins.
Mix till there are no lumps and the dried fruits are uniformly spread across the halwa
Serve it hot in a bowl and garnish it with some crushed pistachios.
Choco Lava Cake made from Aashirvaad Atta
Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
1/2 cup Aashirvaad Atta
3 tablespoon cocoa powder
Pinch of Aashirvaad salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Wet ingredients:
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of cold water
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
100 grams dark chocolate
Directions
In a bowl, add Aashirvaad Atta, Aashirvaad salt, cocoa powder & baking soda and mix well.
In another bowl take sugar and cold water stir till sugar dissolves.
Then add oil, vanilla essence, lemon juice and mix well.
Add dry & wet ingredients & mix well with a wire whisk.
Pour batter in coffee mug, place the chocolate squares immersed in the batter.
Bake it in microwave for 60 secs.
Serve hot.
