Prajakta Koli is a famous Indian YouTuber and actress who makes comedy videos. She is one of the best-known YouTubers who is famous for her online alias, Mostlysane. She is very popular among young people and people in their adolescent years for her video. She has her own YouTube channel, on which she has more than 3.5 million subscribers, more than 500 videos, and sponsorships from various brands. She has also collaborated with many other YouTubers, including comedians, actors, musicians, celebrities, etc. She posts regular vlogs, Indian typical comedies, and vines. Prajakta Koli was born on June 27, 1993 in Thane, Mumbai. She is the daughter of Manoj Koli and Archana Koli. Her family is consisit his father, mother and sibling brother Nishant Koli. Her father is a real-estate businessman turned restaurateur, and her mother is a phonetics and language teacher. As Prajakta was born and grew up in Thane, Mumbai, She had studied in Vasant Vihar High School in Thane and later graduated with a Bachelor of Mass Media from V. G. Vaze College of Arts, Science and Commerce in Mulund, affiliated to University of Mumbai. Prajakta was was fond of listening to the radio from her childhood and later on she decided to pursue her career to be a radio jockey in Class 6. As her school and collage she was a bright student who used to take parts in diffent activities. 

She began her career after completing her education. She first began as an intern at Fever 104 FM radio station in Mumbai. After her first successful year, she was given her first show, Call Centre, which ultimately flopped, and she quit her job. When Prajakta was an intern, she met up with One Digital Entertainment vice-president Sudeep Lahiri, who encouraged her to launch a comedy YouTube channel. Koli launched her channel in February 2015 titled “Mostlysane”. Her debut video was a monologue titled “Five types of singles on Valentine’s Day”. Her video “Hilarious Wors Delhi People Use” went viral in June 2015. 

She then started uploading three videos per week, including “RealTalk Tuesday,” “Comedy Video on Thursday,” and “SawaalSaturday.” She has also uploaded a few vlogs on her YouTube channel. In January 2023, she started a “Pretty Fit” series on her channel featuring Indian celebrities like Neha Kakkar, Kareena Kapoor, and Sanya Malhotra. After her successful year, she performed at the “YouTube FanFest” in Delhi in 2018 and in Mumbai in 2019. She was seen collaborating with mainstream Bollywood actors such as Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Vicky Kaushal, and Kajol.

She is also a well-known social activist.On World Mental Health Day in 2016, Koli launched her campaign # IPledgeToBeMe, which addresses mental health, well-being, and body shaming. In 2018, she participated in the # GirlsCount campaign for One.Org, which dealt with the importance of girls’ education. In September 2019, she travelled to the UN Headquarters in New York as a delegate to participate in the International Day of Tolerance and in the Goalkeepers program, an initiative by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
