Paytm IPO 2023: India’s largest payment company and king among the various payment firm Paytm is likely to raise $3 billion. Details saying that Paytm is all set to launch its first-ever IPO in 2023. The Paytm IPO opening date is not yet disclosed and even DRHP has not filed. But company revealed that they going to raise $3 billion in capital through public issues.

Paytm is originally owned by One97 Communication India Ltd, is planning to double its valuation after this IPO. According to recent reports, the company has valued at $16 billion when they raised $1 billion from Softbank and Ant financial in 2019.

In the FY20 company has reported a revenue surge of Rs 3,280 crore while the losses shrank 30% to Rs 2,942 crore. Even there was a report released by Bernstein in which Paytm will double its revenue by the year 2023.

The IPO date is not yet defined by the issuer company and that’s why stockbrokers and media still need some official reports regarding this matter.

If we talk about price then the official price is not yet confirmed but according to our expectations, it will be between Rs 300 to Rs 400. Possibly the absolutely confirmed IPO price will come in few days.

The issue size has been revealed by a firm and on the basis of their reports. Paytm going to raise nearly $3 billion via this IPO. But unfortunately, aggregate equity share quantity is not available yet.

It will be the one of largest IPO among various IPOs like LIC IPO, NSDL IPO, Zomato IPO, NCDEX IPO and many more. Currently, the company is ready to list on the stock exchange nearly in November. Recently Bloomberg has issued a report in which Paytm was looking for bankers who help to finalise the decisions over this initial public offer.
