I had purchased one ceiling fan 1 year back, worked for few days, and stopped working. I had returned to the dealer from where I have purchased. He has repaired and gave it back, again the same problem. I am very much dissatisfied with their product quality.

Brand new fan bought today on July it is defective

I bought a 1400 mm fan today at chennai and I am completely dissatisfied with the quality. I installed it today itself but to my horror I found the fan very noisy while running. this is the least i expected from a company like Crompton Greaves . The quality for which Crompton fans are known for has gone for a toss. Quality control has been completely bypassed, otherwise, a brand new fan will not produce so much noise while running.


i UNDERSTAND, THE COMPANY ALSO DOES NOT CARE TO REPLACE THE FAN OR SEND ITS TECHNICIAN TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT.

From your website I had collected the service centre number for Agartala Tripura and accordingly I had contacted the person last week and he promised me to come on 21st Aug’19 but he did not turn up and once again I’ve contacted on 24th Aug’19 and promised to attend on today but unfortunately he did not come and did not pick up my phone also, kindly take rectifying steps to stop harassing the customer.

I had given a complaint on toll free number on 21st June and executive told me that, the complaint will be attended with in 48 hours. I received a message that complaint was assigned to Dynamic electronics Hyderabad. Till now nobody was turned up. I requesting you please resolve my complaint at the earliest.
