Sir I purchased usha pedestal from Ankit traders on 20/04/2019. Model of fan Is mlst air duos. Eversince I got fan, The fan has deteriorated many times since. Know it’s again spoiled suddenly yesterday. I tried on customer care lots of time but there is not any response and nobody picked up my phone. I had purchased a usha company celling fan before one month from Ashtha eletronucs shop kailashpuri mughalsarai and Dealer said to me that usha is the best company because its service is so good and after ten days. Fan is done sound so more due to bearing and I had called so many time but my problem is not resolved till date. So plz accept my claimed and sovle my problem.

USA COOLER

I had purchased cooler from your authorized dealer VIJAYRAJ SALES, RAOPURA, while purchasing they convince me that this cooler is best and service will be also provided by company at my home, but two years i passed with this cooler, but now a days it do not cool speedy and its pad [wooden perforation) is also damaged, so I am very surprised we could not contact you and your service center, you are a reputed company but I am very disappointed, hence my experience is not allow to refer to others to purchase your company’s cooler.

One of the most worse service

One of the most worse service i have seen. Me purchased 7 celling fans for my new house, among that 2 that a regularly using got issues within 1 yr. complaint registered on 17- 05, until now unattended. Even after regular follow up from the 4 th day. If they unable to give service in city area , why they keeping such rubbish service centre..?

It is worst experience with USHA as it is very old & well known brands.

I have lodged complaint on 8th May 2018 & today is 22nd May 2018 but till date no one come to attend & solve the noise issue of fan without any specific reason.

My request CC1805093936 Ref no is 6907.

Not expect from at least USHA as a good brand value in market but really disappointed by your service.
