Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research also known as Bharath Institute of Science and Technology, informally Bharath University, and formerly Bharath Engineering College is a private and deemed university and an Indian institute of higher education located in Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu, India. Bharath Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) started with Sri Lakshmi Ammal Educational Trust as the first self-financing Engineering College in Tamil Nadu in 1984 by Dr. S. Jagathrakshakan. B.Tech


A pass in 10+2 or it’s equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry


Qualifying exam: BEEE

B.Arch.


A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate is required with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.


Qualifying exam: NATA

B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture


A pass in 10+2 or it’s equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate in Physics & Chemistry


Qualifying exam: Merit-based

M.Arch.


The candidate with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course

Register as a new candidate in the college official website’s application process, fill the form with correct details and attach the documents required to clear the application fee through online mode.

Bharath University fee of application form is INR 1000, and every candidate has to pay and clear to confirm the registration or application submissions.

Offline Mode:

There is an offline mode of application where candidates need to download the form from the official website, fill the duly form and send it to the Bharath University admission center with the required documents.
