AICTE approves AISECT. University provides various courses in Arts, Management, Science and Information AISECT University, Hazaribagh – Admissions 2023-24 streams every academic year. Additionally, the university offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses. AISECT also offers diploma and doctorate level courses in various disciplines. Moreover, the university is academically equipped with M. Phil and Ph.D. programs at the research level.

AISECT University, Hazaribagh – Admissions 2023-24 Form

All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology is known as AISECT University situated in Hazaribagh (Jharkhand). AISECT is a state private university, started its foundation in the year of 2016. 

Not only University conducts its own entrance exam AJEE for some courses. But there are direct walk-ins also available for admission on the merit basis of the XII Board Exam. Candidates who seek admission into AISECT need to apply well before in advance. However, the university releases the schedule on its official website. Candidates are advised to go through, the guidelines issued by the university.

Important dates to take admission in AISECT 

Students must check the updates on the official website of AISECT to not miss any deadline. Furthermore, students are suggested to plan a proper schedule about these dates.

• Application form availability – End of April
• Last date of submission – 2^nd week of May
• Date of exam – 2^nd week of May
• Result announcement – 1^st Week of June

However, a different schedule is there for M.Phil. & Ph.D. which is already available at University’s official website.

How to fill the application form to take admission

• Go to the official website of AISECT and track the admission button and click on “apply online”
• Complete the available application form and fill the correct details.
• Details must be your personal information, academics score, and type of program you want to enroll in.
• After filling up these details, attach the photograph required in a particular size and go to the payment process.
• You need to make a payment of Rs.500 as an application for cost. Other online payment modes are also available as well.
• After completing this entire process successfully. You will receive an SMS contains registration number or acknowledgment slip which can be kept for future references.

Eligibility criteria for taking Admission in AISECT

To take admission in AISECT, a  candidate has to go through the eligibility criteria rightfully. If the candidate failed to do so than his or her application shall be rejected case any point of admission. However, A candidate must check the eligibility criteria on the official website as different courses are having different eligibility requirements.

Syllabus of an entrance exam and how to prepare 

Subjects that candidates must get ready for are Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Inorganic Chemistry. moreover, the Students need to be calm and get themselves ready with the syllabus and guidelines.

Admit Card Process 

Those who have completed the registration process and fulfill the eligibility criteria. They will receive an admit card on the official website which exam center details, hall ticket numbers, time and duration of exam, etc.

Result and counseling process for admission 

University will announce the result online on its official website. All India merit list will be available and counseling shall be done in 4 rounds. However, It is compulsory to visit in person at University with documents for the counseling process.

Ph.D. Admission Entrance

• Admission for Research programs will be based on entrance test. Candidates please check the official website related to entrance test.
• Forms are available both online and offline mode.
• Fill all the required details and pay the registration fee INR 2000/-
