Counseling:

The Nirma University conducts the counseling session on the basis of the merit list. The university conducts two counseling rounds i.e., the first round is conducted on the basis of the availability of seats or on the basis of reservation of seats. The second round is conducted on the basis of seats being vacant. You need to follow the counseling process for attending the counseling session is given below:

• Filling of choices: You need to select the courses in which you are interested after finding your name on the merit list. 
• Editing and Locking of Choices: The candidates need to edit their choices which they are filled earlier and lock them also. 
• Allotment of Seats: The university allots seats on the basis of your marks in the entrance examination and seat availability.
• Admission Fees Payment: At the venue of counseling you need to pay the admission fee. 
• Reporting at the Counseling Venue: To confirm the seats you need to visit the venue of the counseling on time.
• Verification of Documents: You need to carry the documents for verification at the venue of counseling. If the university finds any document is fake then they are rejected by the authority of the university.
