Tamil Nadu Open University Admission Eligibility Criteria 2023

• For BA

Candidates must have passed class 12^th or PUC or TNOU or 10 + 3 years of Diploma or 11 + 2 years TTC     or 10 + 2 years ITI.

• For B.Com

Candidates’ needs to pass 12^th class or PUC or TNOU BPP or 10 + 3 years of diploma or 11 + 2 years TTC or 10 + 2 years ITI.

• For BBA

Candidates must have successfully qualified 10 + 2 from a recognized board.

• For B.Sc.

Candidates must have passed class 12^th or PUC or TNOU BPP or 10 + 3 years of Diploma or 11 + 2 years TTC or 10 + 2 years ITI.

• For B.Sc. (in Apparel and Fashion Design)

Candidate must have done three year diploma in textile industry.

• For MBA

Candidates must have any course bachelor’s degree to be eligible for MBA in Tamil Nadu Open University.

• For MCA

Candidates must have any course bachelor’s degree to take admission in MCA in Tamil Nadu Open University.

• For MA

Candidates must have completed their bachelor’s degree and should have bachelor’s degree in hand when applying for MA in the University.

• For M.Com

Candidates should have done their graduation in the field of Commerce.

• For M.Sc.

Candidates must have bachelor’s degree to be eligible for M.Sc.

• For M.Li.Sc.

Candidates must have qualified bachelor’s degree in the field of library science.

• For Diploma

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university or 10 + 2 with three years of managerial experience or supervisory experience or must have professional experience.

• Candidates can get an application form from the University’s sale counter or study centre or zonal centres. Candidates will get application form only after paying Rs 100 for the application form.
• Candidates should read the form thoroughly before filling it. Before filling in the application form candidates are expected that they must check the eligibility criteria needed for the course in which they are applying.
•  Copies of the certificates, photo of the applicant and signature of the applicant should be attested by the Group A or Group B officers of Tamil Nadu.
• Candidates are required to submit the application form along with the University copy of challan.
• Selected candidates will be called for counselling session for verification of documents.
