3. The following recipe is perfect to drink in the morning for breakfast. It will supply your body with the right amount of energy to start the day. It is also absolutely delicious.

Recipe for banana and lime smoothie: You Will Need 250ml of Vanilla Greek Yoghurt 1 Ripe Banana Juice of half a lime 2 teaspoons of raw honey. 250ml of Milk (Dairy, Oat or Almond)

Method: Simply place all of these ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth. Drink this for breakfast every day.

4. After a week or two, your hormones will begin to regulate in the body, and you will feel more energised and alert.

5. You can also add a handful of spinach leaves to this for an extra health boost if you wish.

6. Be sure to experiment, adding other healthy fruits such as strawberries or blackberries.
