   This is in reference to the policy #331214995 , EMI amount – Rs. 1952/half yearly. As per this policy I should be getting money back every 5th year.

   I have not received any money back on this policy so far.

   I will appreciate if you could let me know how much money back has been accumulated so far and how should I get this.

   Before 6 months I taken policy from Delhi Branch, but I am stating Mumbai. They given me good offer like agent commission benefits they will give to me, so I agreed and taken policy.

   First premium goes smoothly, nw I have to pay 2nd premium but no one contact me or any sms intimation. Even my premium receipt not received.

   Now I want to change my branch from delhi to Mumbai (Churchgate). I already send letter for that.

   How I will trust? My policy is original or any other fraud.

   Pls help me to solve my confusion.
