Bigg Boss is one of the most-streamed reality shows among Telugu audiences. The fourth season ended in December 2023 with a very good TRP, and now the fans are eagerly waiting for Bigg Boss season 5. Bigg Boss is known for its fair share of controversy, and this has kept the show interesting for the audience. Bigg Boss 5 Telugu is expected to start in July 2023; however, an official announcement is awaited.
Bigg Boss Telugu season 5 was supposed to start in Summer 2023, but the show was postponed due to COVID 19 second wave, and now the makers are working hard to start the season as soon as possible. Nagarjuna will return as the host of the upcoming season as he successfully hosted the third and fourth season that garnered huge TRP among the Telugu audiences.
The news is that the organizers are conducting interviews via Zoom, and the final list of contestants is likely to be announced in the next few days. It is said that all the final contestants will be quarantined before stepping into the show. The organizers are talking with 30 contestants, out of which 16 will be finalized, and two more will be added as wild card entries later.
The first season of Bigg Boss Telugu was hosted by Jr. NTR, and fans appreciated his hosting style. The second season, hosted by Nani, didn’t go as well as season 1, while the third and fourth seasons were hosted by Nagarjuna, which again was well received by fans.
Another interesting news is that Payal Rajput is likely to step into the house as a contestant. The probable contestants who are likely to step into BB house are said to be Anchor Ravi, Varshini, Shekar Master, Hyper Aadi.
