Choi Woo-shik, popularly known as Eddie, is a South Korean, who is an actor, singer, and entertainer. He rose to stardom in 2014 for his role in the film “Set Me Free” which was a global hit and won the “Academy Award for Best Picture”.

Born on 26 March 1990, Choi Woo-shik’s age is about 31 years as of 2023. He is brought up and raised in an upper-middle-class family from Seoul, South Korea. He is known to be a Korean-Canadian by nationality and follows no religion.

Choi Woo-shik acquired his early education from a local school in his hometown. He moved to Vancouver, Canada with his family, when he was in grade five and did his further schooling from Pinetree Secondary School in Coquitlam, Canada. Later he enrolled himself in Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, Canada to pursue his arts degree.

Since his childhood, Choi Woo-shik wanted to be an actor, so at the age of 21, he gave up Simon Fraser University and joined Chung-Ang University, South Korea from where he completed his Major in Cultural Studies.
