1.poha also known as flattened rice : it comes with different variations and names like indori poha or kandha poha , it is cooked in very less oil
2. Idli : south Indian dish easy to cook , steam required for the whole process to make it
3. Ragi porridge : made with ragi flour and milk
4. Wheat porridge : made with wheat and rice
5. Chilla: pancake made of moong Dal flour or chick pea flour
6 uttapam : pancake made of rava or suji with curd and veggies in it
7. Vermicelli: made of suji Noodles and few veggies.
