Meezaan Jafri is a famous Indian actor and model who primarily works in the Hindi film industry. He rose to fame for portraying Shiva More in the romantic drama film “Malaal” (2019) in the lead role. After his first successful debut, he played the character of Raja in the comedy film “Hungama 2”. Meezaan Jafri is one of the most handsome and talented actors who won the Best Debutant Performer recognition at the Times Men of the Year Awards in 2023 for his outstanding performance in Malaal (2019).

Meezaan Jafri was born in 11 March 1989 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is the older son of actor Jaaved Jaaferi and his wife Habiba Jaaferi and grandson of famous actor and comedian Jagdeep. He completed his primary education at the Ecole Mondiale school in Mumbai, and later on, Jafri studied business at Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania, but then decided to study film direction and editing at the School of Visual Arts in New York. After his graduation, Jafri started his professional career as an Assistant Director with the film “Bajirao Mastani”. He was also an assistant director on Gangubai Kathiawadi.

Meezaan Jaafri made his debut in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Malaal (2019), for which he won the Best Debutant Performer recognition at the Times Men of the Year awards in 2023.
