Central University of Kashmir Admission 2023

The candidates must note that admission at Central University of Kashmir for the year 2022-23 is closed. We will update you with any notification from the University.

The university is accepting applications for vacant seats available in the M.Tech CSE program. The last date for submission of application forms is 5th December 2022.

The counseling will be held at the Department of Information Technology, the Central University of Kashmir, Main Campus Tullamulla Ganderbal on 06th December 2022.

The Central University of Kashmir was established in March 2009. It offers UG/ PG/ PG Diploma/ Integrated M.Phil.-Ph.D./ Integrated BA LLB/ BBA LLB/ B.VOC and many more courses. The new session will start in June 2022 the CUCET registration date is extended by month of May.

The motive of this university is to offer top-class, high-quality education in the fields of Technology, Biology, Law and many more so that students of this university can serve better the nation and also meet global requirements.

The university provides all necessary facilities to students, such as library, hostel facilities for boys and girls, a cafeteria, sports facilities like football, cricket and volleyball, indoor games like chess and many more facilities.

Central University also provides scholarships to students based on merit, category, etc. The students have to wait for the scholarship notification released by the University.

The vision of the Central University of Kashmir Admission is to support teaching and research goals and the university provides communication services to staff and students.

The university provides library facilities to the students that help them in their studies. The university provides a good and safe environment for studies. The food provided in the canteen is also good.

In upcoming days students should learn technical and management skills also they need to attention to self-learning because this university provides high learning programs and their courses are most beneficial and useful apart from this they are arranged projects and assignments for improving education for the students also these things are useful for students career. 

Vacant seats are available in M.P.Ed. Program in the Department of Physical Education.

The 2nd round of counseling for the reserved category candidates will be conducted on 31st October 2022.

All interested candidates must report to the Department with all the original certificates mentioned in the counseling guidelines.

Eligibility criteria for Admission in Central University of Kashmir:

Candidates need to understand the criteria and then apply for the course by the Central University of Kashmir, register for entrance, and then give the examination. The candidate must check their eligibility criteria carefully, which is given below:

Undergraduate Course:  Aspirants must have exceeded 10+2/ Intermediate Examination at an established board of education from the science stream with a minimum of 55% aggregate score. List of the course which application forms are available:

Post Graduate Course: A minimum of 55 percent of the possible points must be earned, and the candidate needs to hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in addition to their associate’s degree. The candidate needs to do well on the admissions test that the university administers.

PHD Course: Aspirants must be the holder of their master’s degree under any recognized college or university with the allied discipline with minimum of 55%. Candidate must give entrance exam taken by University for this program.

Post Graduate Diploma Programmes: Candidate must be holding a bachelor’s degree in the particular subject with least 55% (or the equivalent).Moreover Candidates should also have the necessary language skills for their course. It provides mostly all the Post Graduate Diploma Courses.

Integrated Course: Candidate must by aspiring minimum 60% in higher secondary school certificate and senior secondary school certificate or equivalent examination. It proves many Integrated Courses.

School Programs: The minimum requirement for getting admission to the School programmes is the Leaving Certificate of previous school with all supporting documents. The candidate should also have to give test followed by the Interview for admission
