Gujarat Technological University was founded in the year 2007. This University has two campuses in Ahmedabad and one in Gandhinagar. The University offers UG courses in 5 disciplines and PG courses in 7 disciplines. Additionally, it provides a 5 years Integrated MBA/MCA course and also doctoral programs.

Gujrat Technological University was established by the Government of Gujarat and is a state university that is comprised of 486 affiliated colleges. It is also stated as an International Innovative University as it brings innovation and internationalization in professional education. The University organizes personality development program and the bridge course to nurture the students. It also consist of Industrial Training and Placement cell.

Gujarat Technological University has the largest international experience program in collaboration with the universities of US, Canada, China and Germany, which offer a unique opportunity to the students to enhance their capabilities and capacities in a global prospective. 49% seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC/weaker sections.

This university provides short-term and long-term courses in engineering and pharmacy fields also they provide diplomas in different fields, they have a big campus with good classrooms In this university they providing lots of useful things for their students, they try to develop new skills in their students also their faculty team providing the best education.

Diploma Programs: 

Candidates who wish to apply for Engineering program but because of their lesser marks they are not eligible for 4 year B.Tech. These programs help the candidates in finding suitable jobs. For these candidates the GTU offers multiple diploma programs which are as follows:

Gujarat Technological University Admission 2023:

The Admission process for PhD and MBA/MCA depends on the Entrance test conducted by the University.

Candidates needs to apply online for Admission.

Admission:

GTU Pharm.D Admission 2023-23

Gujarat Technological University UG Admission:

The admission process of UG courses is through online. The candidates should apply via the registration link available in the official website. The registration process starts in the Month of June till September.

After that, the University releases the application form based on Higher secondary examinations result with minimum of 50%marks.

For Engineering courses, admission is based on Common entrance test as well as JEE exam scores. Also, higher secondary examinations is considered for the admission.

The University offers 5 courses in UG and selection criteria is based on Merit and respective entrance exams if applicable.

Gujarat Technological University B.Arch Admission:

B.Arch admission process is conducted online this academic year as per Government of Gujarat.

The candidates are considered to be eligible if they have passed +2 with 50% marks or with Diploma,10,+3 pattern with 50 % marks.

Gujarat Technological University M.Tech/M.Pharm Admission:

Candidates applying for M.Tech/M.Pharm , admission happens through online for this year.  The minimum eligibility criteria for admission is B.E, B.tech passed with 50% marks and B.Pharm with the same 50% marks.

Additionally, candidates should have been qualified in GATE/GPAT/PGCET.

The University offers Masters in Engineering and Pharmacy.

Gujarat Technological University MBA, MCA Admission:

The candidates should be qualified in CMAT.

For MCA, candidates should have passed 10,+2 or Bachelor’s Degree with  Mathematics will be eligible.

And for lateral entry MCA, candidates who have passed in Bachelor of Computer application or Bachelor of Science(Computer or IT) will be eligible.

Gujarat Technological University Diploma Admission:

The Diploma application process starts from the month of March. Candidates should have passed 10th with Maths, English and science as their subjects. The admission process is through online and selection process is based on Merit.
