Vivo Y50 mobile has been officially launched in China priced at CNY 1698 (USD 240). The smartphone is available in three colors – Glacier Blue, Streamer Silver, Obsidian Black, and has only one RAM+storage variant – 8GB LPDDR4X + 128GB UFS 2.1. It is based on a Snapdragon 665 chipset and is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

The device is built around a 6.53-inch IPS display with 1500:1 static contrast and 81.5% NTSC coverage. In the top left corner of the display, there’s a punch hole for the 16MP front camera that has an f/2.0 aperture. On the back, there’s a quad-camera module on vivo y50 with a 13MP main shooter (f/2.2), an 8MP ultra-wide snapper (120-degree FoV, f/2.2), 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth-sensing unit. They are adjoined by a fingerprint sensor.
