- This is to point out that, APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University is known as KTU.
- It is most important to note that, KTU is a State university.
- This is to point out that, it is accepted by AICTE, UGC.
- Besides, KTU was recognized in 2014 and is located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

There are 2 computer labs for both girls and boys. The library is awesome. Hostels facilities are average. The canteen in the hostel is excellent. Medical facilities are always available. There are playgrounds for football and cricket. The teachers are well qualified from the university and help every student.
Scholarships:
Under the category of dis-abilities scholarships, 2500 students can get the benefit from this scholarship.
The university reserved a 30 percent scholarship for the girls students. But this can be transferred to the boys students in case of unavailability of girls candidates.
The amount of scholarship includes the following fees:
